Terms of Service

SocialBot is a service by ANDRYXify for streamers: a bot that lives in the Twitch chat (and, if the streamer connects them, in the Kick and YouTube chats too) using the streamer's own account, and offers commands, moderation, stream overlays, clips, music requests, minigames, forfeits and notifications (streams and new content on Twitch, Kick, YouTube, Telegram, TikTok, Instagram). By using SocialBot, you accept these Terms.

You sign up with Twitch, Kick, YouTube or Discord: if you don't use Twitch, you don't need a Twitch account. In that case, you get the features that your platform allows: the parts that depend on Twitch (automatic moderation, clips, category and title, VIPs, channel points, 7TV emotes) stay off, and the panel says so openly instead of showing commands that wouldn't do anything.

Service provider: ANDRYXify. You can reach us through the official andryxify.it channels.

1. Who can use it

• You must be at least the minimum age to consent to online services on your own in your country (14 in Italy and Spain; between 13 and 16 in the other countries of the European Union), and in any case the age required by the platforms you connect; and you must be the owner or an authorized moderator of the channel you manage.
• Sign-up is open: the Essenziale plan is free for anyone who signs up with their own Twitch, Kick, YouTube or Discord account, with no approval needed. The extra features open up with a paid plan (point 2) or by being enabled as a member of the andryxify.it community, which opens them all.
• City campaigns (an ad with a QR code pointing to socialbot.live/nyc, /milano or /napoli) give one year with every package to the first 500 channels per city that claim it within 30 days of the ad going out. It is claimed by the channel owner, once per channel and per campaign; it does not apply to anyone who already has an active paid plan. When the year is over, the channel goes back to Essenziale on its own: no card, no charges, nothing to cancel.

2. Plans, subscriptions and withdrawal

• The Essenziale plan is free and doesn't expire. Above it there are the Base plan and the extras that can be added to it: what they include and how much they cost is in the price list, on the site and in the panel's Account → Subscription tab.
• A subscription is monthly and renews on its own every month until you cancel it. The payment is handled by Stripe, into ANDRYXify's Stripe account, and card details are seen only by Stripe and your bank. An extra added partway through the month joins the same subscription, and the rest of that month is charged on the next invoice.
• Paying, adding an extra and cancelling are up to the channel owner, from the Subscription tab: from there Stripe's portal opens, with your invoices, changing the card and cancelling. There is no minimum term.
• If you cancel, you stay active until the end of the period you already paid for, then the channel goes back to Essenziale. The same happens when the subscription ends for any other reason; if instead a payment fails, the extra features pause until you update the card from the portal. In all these cases the bot stays in the channel and nothing you configured is deleted.
• Free trials, including the year from city campaigns, don't ask for a card and end on their own, with no charges.
• If you delete your account, the subscription is cancelled right away, before the deletion: from then on no further charge goes out.
• Right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of taking it out, without giving a reason: just say so through the official andryxify.it channels within that period. What you paid is refunded, with the same payment method and within 14 days of your request, and the channel goes back to Essenziale.

3. What the service does

By turning features on, you authorize SocialBot to act on your behalf on the platforms you connect (via OAuth), within the limits of the permissions you grant: writing in chat, creating clips, managing VIPs, moderating, receiving events, reading your latest public content to send notifications. You can turn each feature on and off and revoke access at any time by disconnecting the account.

4. Third-party platforms

SocialBot integrates with third-party services (Twitch, Kick, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram, Instagram, Spotify, 7TV). Your use of each integration is also subject to that platform's Terms and Policies. You agree to comply with them. In particular, TikTok data and APIs are used only for the features you turn on (for example, the alert when you post a new video) and in compliance with TikTok's rules; likewise, the bot writes and reads on Kick and YouTube only in the channels you connected yourself, with the permissions you granted yourself, and it stops the moment you revoke them.

Donations received through the link page go through Stripe, Satispay or Ko-fi, into an account or onto a page that you open and that remain yours: you are the merchant, the money comes to you, and the fees, receipts and any disputes are your responsibility. SocialBot does not collect payments on your behalf and does not hold funds. The money goes straight to your Stripe account, your Satispay store or your Ko-fi page, and SocialBot keeps no part of it, not even as a fee: you only pay those of the service you use. To do this it only uses the restricted key (Stripe), the key created with the activation code you generate (Satispay) or the notification token (Ko-fi) that you entrust to it, and that you can revoke from your panel whenever you want. From Ko-fi, SocialBot receives only the notification of each donation, for the alert, the thank-you in chat and the goal. The account remains subject to Stripe's, Satispay's or Ko-fi's terms. Anyone who attaches an image to a donation is responsible for what they send: no unlawful or offensive content, and nothing belonging to others without their permission. The streamer decides whether to put it on stream, and a donation is still a donation even if the image doesn't go on stream.

Programs that run on your computer are a separate matter: the one you broadcast with, and similar ones. We are not partners of any of them and we don't resell them: SocialBot simply talks to the connection that those programs make available, if you are the one who turns it on and gives us the address. The connection starts from your browser and stays on your computer: we don't see it, we don't store the password and we cannot control those programs on our own. If that connection stops working because the program changes, that is not up to us.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use SocialBot for spam, harassment, illegal content, copyright infringement or to get around the platforms' rules.
• Do not try to access data that isn't yours, to compromise the service or to use it for purposes other than those intended.
• If you leave a review of SocialBot, it must be your own and honest: no links, insults or other people's personal data. We don't give you anything in return, and we don't remove it because of the rating you give.
• You are responsible for the content the bot posts from your account and for the settings you configure.

6. Data and privacy

How data is processed is described in the Privacy & Security Notice. In short: we collect only what is needed to run the features you turn on, tokens stay on the server and are never exposed to the browser, we don't sell data and we don't use paid third-party AI.

7. Supporting the project

At socialbot.live/sostieni you can lend the project a hand. It is a voluntary donation, not a purchase: it doesn't unlock features, doesn't entitle you to a plan and doesn't change anything in the service. The payment is handled by Stripe, into ANDRYXify's Stripe account, the same one subscriptions are paid into.

If you entered the wrong amount or changed your mind, write to us through the official channels within 14 days and it will be refunded. Supporting the project doesn't require an account.

8. Service provided "as is"

SocialBot is offered without warranties of continuous availability or of specific results. Third-party APIs may change or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, ANDRYXify is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access in case of abuse or of a breach of these Terms or of the rules of the connected platforms. You can stop using the service whenever you want by disconnecting your accounts and, if you have a subscription, cancelling it as described in point 2.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Every change is published in the Italian text, which is the reference version and the one this page translates: the date at the bottom says when it last changed, and this translation carries the same date. Continuing to use the service after an update counts as acceptance.
